More spam yet again. None of them get thru, but in the end, I still have to moderate them. Not a very big deal, only that it just increments the comments counter. I don’t like the idea of the numbers getting wasted just because of comment spam. One of my querks actually.

I’m trying out a new one actually. Does a check of the comment against a list of blacklisted URLs, text and what not. It should work fine, since lots of other bloggers out there are using it to, I think. There’s a captcha at the end. Did a simple test, and it appears to be working.

I’m also considering opening registration in the near future. Comments would automatically go thru. Well, I’ll see how things go. Didn’t want to implement this captcha thing, but well, blaim it on the spammers.
